Who is in charge of Moral Standards as regards Pornography?
Number of pages:

ABSTRACT:
8 pages. Pornography is difficult to define to everyone's satisfaction. To see a naked body in a centuries-old painting is not necessarily considered pornography. For the naked body to be displayed on the pages of a magazine causes some to call that pornography. Those who fight the pornography laws cite the 'right to freedom of speech' while others try to draw the line on what can and cannot be legally construed as pornography. The purpose of this paper is to show that nobody can make another person's moral decisions for them. Bibliography lists 6 sources.
